Don't lose your head
Hey guys. A little help would rock.

I'm getting Asari specifically with missing heads. Buuutttt, the part that messes with me is that they're shown wearing some sort of angular jumpsuit that they very, very much don't have equipped or in their inventory.

Using Dubs Apparel Tweaks I was able to get it to turn into a headless pawn wearing the clothes they're actually wearing. But I have no idea why a Guest would appear in clothing they're not wearing... much less with their head missing.

Anyone able to help me get a little closer to a solution?

FWIW, this often triggers when you wear clothing that is for another race; check what they are wearing and/or substitute something else, and see if the problem goes away? (eg: Nyaron race outfits like to do that...)

Character Editor mod can be used to modify a non-colonist if you want; throw it on a copy of the save, check it out? HTH, HAND. :)
