I had a look and you are right. The mod has an override on *Rifle_Base* (in clothing_a.pbo), where it overrides the whole inventorySlot[] array with its custom slots (+ vanilla shoulder slots), meaning LEHS firearm slot is excluded as it is likely loading before the this config. I believe the author/s of the mod **should switch to += config operator** and only add their custom slots.
