Modifier runes (in this case with add mana spells added) can cause all wands to no longer cast any projectiles until a game reload.

Runes will consume spells as usual, but provide no benefits and just one downside: same mana cost. Maybe add a way to take spells off? I just put most of my modifier spells in there, and it will be difficult going forwards now. Ill manage, but still.
