To Knew:
Commands are set in quotation, you must insert all Commands without the (") double quote!

[Q] I cant join the Counter Terrorist Team, how to solve?
[A] Use the command "mp_humanteam ct" in the Developer Console

[Q] Why did the Achievement not unlock?
[A] Make sure you play with "sv_cheats 0" and at least at Difficulty "normal" (easy did not work)

[Q] Is this Map legit?
[A] Yes, it is

The commands aren't being found. I can't go to T side. Any ideas?

Am i right your on put the commands in the developer console?

If so, your can give a try with:
"mp_swapteams", or
"mp_humanteam T" or
"mp_humanteam 1", or
"bot_join_team CT", or
"bot_join_team 2"
