I have some ideas that are inspired by a mod by Hybrid!

Shattered Soul(Normal):Spawns a familiar that turns a devil deal(without rerolling it) into an item that gives you broken hearts. If an item has a quality of 3-4,it will give you 4 broken hearts. Otherwise it will give you 2 broken hearts. Holographic/Doubled:Spawns 2 familiars
Twisted Faith(Passive/Gulpable):Items in Devil rooms cycle to Angel room items,and Vice versa for Angel rooms! Holographic/Doubled:Grants 2 of the same item.
Book of Jubilees(Passive/Gulpable):Clearing a 7th room spawns a loot card! Holographic/Doubled:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Mastema's Horns(Passive/Gulpable):Shop items have a chance to cost health instead of money. Holographic:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Purist's Heart(Passive/Gulpable):Spawns a familiar that will emit a charm aura if the player doesn't have any soul hearts. Holographic:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Spirit's Heart(Passuve/Gulpable):Spawns a familiar that will emit a slowing aura if the player doesn't have any heart containers. Holographic:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Unholy Card(Normal):Spawns 3 brimstone orbitals that when they get hit,they shoot brimstone beams in a + pattern. Holographic:Spawns 6 orbitals instead of 3
Mantled Heart(Passive/Gulpable):Each half soul heart you collect will spawn a holy shield orbital(Like the ones spawned by the Holy Card Loot Card). Holographic:Grants 2 of the same item.

Ham n Berries(Passive/Gulpable):Enemies have a chance to drop a berry upon death. Holographic:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Void Die(Normal):Upon use,items have a 50/50 chance to be either rerolled or voided! Holographic:Now rerolls items to a have high qualities! Voiding items now grant bigger stat boosts!
Pearl of Wisdom(Passive/Gulpable):Spawns a Pearl familiar that will give hints about nearby secret rooms,& shops. Holographic:Grants 2 copies of the item!
Who Lost China(Normal):Makes a random enemy explode! This explosion will weaken other enemies around it. Holographic:Makes 2 random enemies explode!

Bug: with Poker Chip, Keeper coins don't disappear. Not sure if it's the intended effect.

That would be a neat effect, but it would be a lot of work to implement, and we're focusing our efforts into other mods right now. Maybe it'll be something we add in the future. Thanks for the suggestion though!

You mean it's intentional? It is a bug I encountered with it (not a feature request), but maybe it has been fixed since or was an incompatibility with another mod

Not exactly intentional, just something we didn't really consider. It would have to be totally hardcoded from scratch (make our own custom double coins that disappear), so it would be a decent-sized undertaking. I'd like to see it happen though.

How about Golden Pickup Loot Cards?
Golden Heart = Gain a Gold heart upon use
Golden Pills!!! = Triggers one of the following effects upon use.

• Inflicts Midas Touch on every enemy in the room for 10 seconds.
  
• Turns 50% of the rocks into Fool's gold rocks
  
• Explodes 3 enemies in the room(Like the Gold Bomb Loot Card)

Golden Penny!!! = Spawns a golden penny upon use
Golden Battery = Spawns a golden battery upon use
