We are sorry for the delay. There was a bug in the SCS Workshop Uploader which stopped us from uploading the 2.70 Convoy defs. This has to do with vehicle traffic models. We were not able to solve the bug so we have released the Convoy def with the bug included. This means that in the city of Bucharest, Romania you will be able to see both underground metro as well as overground trams on street level. Again, because of technical restrictions it was not possible for us to fix this bug. The bug will not appear when you play in single play with the normal def file.
