When Paschal Candle was at max, I was not getting the tears up from Soy Milk, though I WAS getting the damage down. Upon getting hit, I would get the tears up.

I was lucky enough to find Essence of Isaac later in the run to ditch the candle. Interestingly, I was actually able to take the item that I got from this; I would have though it would have been subject to the Midas Curse.
