Roadmap
Roadmap for all aspects

Since I get distracted by various different points of the project, including things that don't actually help with getting the very minimum base features of the Add-On to work, I've decided to up the professionalism slightly and make an official roadmap that I try to stick to:

  1. Initial Bringup: Signalling, RBL/IBIS including routing, two different trains that are currently ready-to-roll to be finished as "1.0 release" alongside the main add-on
  2. Fixes and updates to release vehicles if needed
  3. LZB development (ATC loosely based on the SEL-LZB90 system; fully realistic operation is not possible due to compromises in interoperability to existing block signalling and lack of documentation)
  4. Project Light Rail: Metre Gauge; Dual and metre gauge tracks, for maps like the south side light rail tunnel in Essen
  5. Other Vehicle Development
  6. Project Light Rail: Bielefeld
  7. Project Light Rail: Karlsruhe

I might even make a map or two if nobody else steps up, after finishing the core add-on after step 2.
