Thing not work

It's not retroactive. I see that's an empire pawn, so they may have been generated prior to you removing the trait in picker?

Not possible. I just started this colony.

Maybe it's one of those player created pawns?

I looked into this a bit more. It seems these traits are not randomly picked but have their own special code in the game (TryGenerateSexualityTraitFor) with hardcoded references. So it's probably not something so easily removed.
