priority calculation formula
Please take a look at this total importance calculation displayed by the game:

Adding parenthesis around a multiplication seems redundant, then adding a fraction of a unit to the significantly large product feels irrelevant.
Do you actually intend to calculate priority this way, or maybe the other way around, adding the base values then multiplying by a weight factor?

The fraction is a tiebreaker. The actual calculation is done differently but the end result is the same. This formula in the tooltip is just to put a clear absolute number on it to make it a easier to compare.
