I did found a really "odd" bug with this mod. It somehow "remove" the D6 from the game in a way, you can start with it on normal Isaac, but uppon picking any other active item, the D6 disapears.
I even tested with console commands, you can give yourself a D6, but cannot spawn it on a pedestal (it spawns a random card instead).
oddly enough, the D6 works as normal, but do disapear when picking actives and annot be spawned at all (I even tested mod by mod of the ones I have installed, and only happens when "Greedy Limpet" is active)
