Your heath regenerates, though i don't know the specific mechanics.
You get sound effects used by the Citizen NPCs, such as using the same "Ugh!" sounds when both the NPCs and you take damage.
Your first-person playermodel is a Citizen's model, instead of HL2's normal HEV suit model, and regardless of your chosen Playermodel in Gmod.
I'm not sure if this is a glitch or intended, but as part of the new HUD, we don't get crosshairs. Normally i wouldn't mind it, but HL2, least without mods (yay for us that we're playing Gmod then, huh?) has no ironsight compatability, so freeaiming without any targeting support's annoying.
