I've run into the same issue — the game takes unusually long to load into the main menu when using the Animated Recoil Coefficient Changer mod, especially when combined with other mods. Sometimes it takes like 2–4 minutes just to get to the menu. Just wondering, is there any fix planned for this in the future?
