Depending on the map you don't need the build anywhere mod to build and place objects anywhere so there is no conflict with this mod simply under or in your server config add enableCfgGameplay=1 then go to your dayzoffline.cherno or what ever map may have with the file cfggameplay.jason and change the following 0 to a 1
