I'm playing as Order of Sparta in 2038, and it seems that the reclaim the metro decisions simply decided to disappear, and the one that was already in progress froze.
It all worked fine until i loaded a save where the reclaiming of the tunnel next to filevskiy park was in progress, 5 in-game months have passed since i loaded the save, and i still didn't get the sucess/failure event, so i guess it's safe to say that the whole exploration mechanic went to hell.
If anyone knows a workaround to this bug i would appreciate the help.
