Did you try restarting the game?

Yes, I also tried restarting steam, re-installing the game, and verifying it's cache. None of these worked. Also sorry about the late reply, i've been out of town for about a week.

Alright so I recently got the chance to test it on another computer and it worked fine (sheathe looks great btw), but it still doesn't work on my main computer. It is definitely a problem on my end, I will look into it.
