However, I cannot seem to find the ARS signal throughout the map... forcing me to stay at 20

What map you have running?

I cant use the switches on the bottom of the train that are required to start it.

the gm_metrostroi with full track length. System works on the Orange and Blue line maps.

There is no ars signal throughout the map gm_metrostroi too for me

It's strange, what map you try? B46_lite or B50?

B50, I have only metrostroi with all necessary packs and there is no lights system on gm_metrostroi but lights are on orange and blue maps. Checked on two computers, at my work and home, the same situations, no signals.

B50, have yet to see if its the same with B46

B50 have light system. Try remove files from garrysmod/metrostroi_data/*

Is that folder in Appdata? Im not seeing it.
