If map doesn't have signals, then ALS can't get more than 20.
If it does, there are 2 reasons: 1. You driving in some area, where is no ALS (like depot or dead end). 2. ARS on map has different code (1/5 or 2/6), try to switch code with "decoder" (if train does have it).

i was trying metrostroi lite and mus orange. also what is a decorder and the train i've been useing is 81-717 i think thats the one but what is gmad?

GMad is unpacker of .gma files in /garrysmod/addons/ directory. Gmad contains in /bin/ folder

Lite version may not contain (you can see by yourself), because of new versions, like b50(b51) or newcoming b52. You need to play on b50 or higher
