I am now stuck on ACT IV part 3 "It's do or die" - the one where I have to go and kill zombie in "metro line 18".
The problem is that I don't know where that is - not in Shanghai thats for sure

Go to the tunnel next to the crashed plane, then go down and continue straight, take the left and there will be a train with bones, after that I recommend you go crouching, with stealth more or less at maximum and there it would be.

i went there and killed all of the zombies there and i died to that invisible fire wall instantly twice and i went back there twice and killed all of them does isaac give the quest??? it's not showing on my end ToT i talked to him alot he kept on saying kill that zombie ToT i'm utterly confused

i did complete it, and when going back to base. Scorpion7 ambush NB base. after tht he want me to plant dynamite into scorpion base in Laos. after tht the quest seems a bit broken. so i m stuck in here till now...any suggest?

i reseted and went to do the nb quest and still i'm stuck at isaac not giving me the quest and turned into a fudging fisher npc he didn't gave me the quest to proceed nb quest are bugged asf

near toll station, in the fabric, there is a drop.

I also completed the quest objective by installing the explosives, so I returned to the supervisor and spoke to him, but the quest didn't proceed. After that, I returned to Laos and explored, and when I interacted with the explosives I had installed again, I recalled completing the quest by retrieving them and teleporting back to NB's base.

How to place wiretap at Coalition without it being spotted? Or its imposible?

You don't need stealth, just the thief class and walk around the coalition zone as if it were your house, you must put it behind the radio, when entering the coalition zone.
