So i don't really know how to do it myself, but one solution for you is to make another version of the mod but entierly translated in russian

I once made a mod, and it was necessary to translate it into English. and adding localization is simple:
in mod folder you create a "Texts" folder. then throw loc. file into the created folder.
then in filelist.xml you include added russian language file :)
but this won't work if mod made in English without any localization files.
I hope you understand at least something with my baaad English :)
