Music stops playing
Hey!

Been using the mod for a while, honestly a massive improvement for me <3

However, when hosting a dedicated server, when I put a cassette in and drive around, the music would randomly cut off and I'd have to click play again.

Note: The player doesn't say "stop" - just "start" as if it'd turned off by itself.
It doesn't happen with boomboxes or record players, just when driving.

What could be the cause? Is there a fix?

I'm the host and the players are all in the same house so the ping is <10

Same problem keeps happening everytime i used my car and try to play the music, it works completely fine when stationary and you're not in car but in other time it will stops when you start driving

hope the author will fix it :c

There is a limit to the length of the songs. 6 minutes.

That's okay but in this context it's not about the length of the song, it's about any song randomly stopping, sometimes even a few seconds in, sometimes even more than once in a row.
What do you mean?

I can't replicate this bug. My music never stops, except because of song length limits.

I too am having the same issue. Music plays as long as I stand still, and then stops when I move in any direction. Song is less than 6 minutes. I double checked the song was in OGG format. Does it for both vinyl player and boombox. Does it on both single player and the multiplayer server I have it installed to.

Did manage to reproduce it (my server, yours is empty), it seems like it happens every time you drive around other players specifically, once two or more players load into the area of the vehicle, since I have not had it happen when driving alone far away from any players. Can try reproducing it on your server if you find a few players and spread them out?

This mod only added music, it didn't fix anything. It is still available in the 'required items' on this mod page.
