I'm pretty sure that this mod doesn't actually add any weapons, and only adds armors to the game. So, I don't know if the maker actually knows how to make weapons.

IIRC no body armor or even boot is fixible in the game so no reason for modded armor to be fixable either

It's a shame though. It offers great neck protection. Boots are fixable though

Boots never were fixable. Check it.

Bullet defense for Helmets. Adopt new camoflauge pattern from SMUI they have awesome textures for vanilla camo https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2530389024&searchtext=shark+military
Black helmets are too black, can't see detail's need more bright
