Well... same problem here too ever since I fought Delirium... this didn't happen to ♥♥♥♥♥ or Mom before Delirium.

hmmm that's interesting, so it happens to normal mom specifically after fighting delirium?
probably, restarting the game completely after delirium fixes it, but i haven't tested that

I am having the same glitch, but it ONLY happens to Delirium. No unexpected behavior on Mom, Mausoleum Mom, or ♥♥♥♥♥'s Third Phase.

having a spider mod during the mom fight really messes up the sprite (unless if it's some other mod that i'm not aware of)

for some reason some times the mark can just glitch when it likes there isnt even anything messing around with it
