I believe Mag tries his best to do universal locomotives that are used by more than one railroad, ergo why he shows little interest in Amtrak related locomotives, so that's about 7 off your list. The turbines are a bit of a heavily invested thing, and are more of a custom or prop built thing. Flakeroni and Extremer9000 have also made a pack that is to Magnum's standards, which include an F40PH and DD35 cab and booster unit. Baldwin Centipedes and PA-1s are probably on the horizon, but he works at his own pace and doesn't shine well to requests. GE 44 tonners and Gensets can sorta be prop built, and the sounds just really don't exist much for them.

tl;dr Mag probably will consider only about 2 things on this, and will do so at his own pace

Say, does anyone think that someone could do a Shinkansen Railroad pack, i mean i have seen only 2 things on the workshop that are related to the Shinkansens, those being a wip dupe and one map that doesn't have it, do you think that there should be a pack for that, if so or if someone is doing it as this message is sent, i'll be happy to hear it
