well, i couldnt figure out what i could suggest, but if this is even possible how about for the lost souls would use playermodels that you have installed, would make it feel like they were once an person that just casually downloaded mods and had their own playermodel.
also for the person above me, Semper would be an great addition!

and another think i just thought of was that maybe that an npc with the corpse model (you can find the corpse model in the half life character section) that would walk towards you, but at the last second, it would play an attack animation, but fade before actully hitting you.

It would be nice if the npcs couldn't be killed, or if they did get killed, it would jumpscare you or something.

1st we have stalker, he gets closer when is being not looked, When its too close to a player, it will jumpscare him

2nd we have Watcher, The monster has red glowing eyes, He walks slowly to a player, When he gets kinda close, he will become slower, then when hes too close, he will run into the player in a high speed then jumpscare him

I would wanna see if it were possible to make some kind of really fast poison zombie that hits you and runs off like a trickster, giving you a good startle. But I would wanna see surprises if anymore ghosts and ghouls get added! :>
