Bugs and Incompatibilities
I've recently run into an issue between this mod and Spider Variants (Found here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2426709551)

From what I remember of the crash report it had something to do with "spiderden.lua". I'll try and put the full log here when I get the chance. If anyone else runs into an issue as well, feel free to post here.

This mod doesn't do anything doing spiders. It was very likely a crash with that mod which happened to happen with William enabled. If it does happen again, the only way to confirm is to see the entire log

I also find Incompatibilitie
I found an error that should not exist. When I use your mod with Character Crabby Hermit from Dead Bakasura game crashes when you move the cursor on william icon. Dst cant find william_inventoryimages.xml. It happens only with william, not with another of your mods.

Had a problem building an ice flingomatic where i could not place the structure down or move William.

Not sure what I did but I think its this mod as its the only one that was active.

I tired placing down a fireplace and a fridge to try to see if i could glitch out of this effect but nah. Had to restart the game.
