The maps are meant to show places of interest and locations of 'hauntings'.

It's all part of the [insert story about shadow figure]. [insert paragraph of first-person story that is hardly believable]. [insert paragraph about confusion towards author]. [insert paragraph of speculation]. [insert line about not playing this map].

I know where the X and arrows are leading us to be.There's that one room with the graffiti of the shadow figure in a human-like form and to the left of that room is an abandoned computer and computer chair between some walls. If you're looking at the computer and chair, turn a bit to your right and there's a well-lit corner. That's the area the X is telling us to stand. From there, you want to be facing the direction you entered the room from and exit the room into the hallway and turn to your right and head forward. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get anything to trigger yet and I've been trying this for about an hour now. I can get the other encounter to trigger multiple times, but this other one is being stubborn. Maybe I'm just not doing it right.

Update: I've finally managed to trigger the second encounter in the basement area. From that back room, you have only 3 seconds (Thanks to Shlup, the map creator, whose comment is on the first page of comments the map's workshop page) to get into the hallway to trigger it. I recommend leaving the door open, going to the back room for a second and then sprint into the hallway and turn to the right as fast as you can without getting stuck on the doorway.
