Mod visibility in China
This is just a question from me to better understand the situation.

Can people located in China see and subscribe the mod?
It was my understanding that the community part of Steam is blocked or at least limited from China, including the Steam Workshop.

Yet I see quite a few people commenting in Chinese. Are they located outside China, or are they browsing through a proxy, or is the Steam Workshop fully functional from China?

Actually people lived in China can comment on this game because the part of the store isn't blocked, but we can not get access to the workshop or community directly, so like u said we can use a proxy like vpn to use other parts.
