Would be extremely difficult to pull off, but not impossible. Probably won't happen in the next following updates (any time soon).

how have c_hands instead of v_hands?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. I assume you mean 'why have c_hands instead of v_hands,' but I'm not 100 percent certain.

i also ahve that where i only have gordon's HEV hands instead of my normal pm's hands
