In the sound-folder of garrysmod, just add a folder named "prophunters". In that folder, add two folders "hunters" and "props". There, you can add mp3-files. If you want to further split them up, you can add more folders in the respective folder (hunters or props" and then the sounds will show up in different tabs ingame :)
