other than that pretty cool character
i thought i did add parry stun to Heaveho already? ill have to fix that
Up-b's armour is absurd, and as the move is also fast to deploy, is a very safe way to tank hits and punish or stall, even when lingering offstage. It should not be better than a successful parry nor provide that much safety on or off-stage.
Chuckya's aerials are all great killing and combo moves, in contrast it feels the damage done by grounded attacks encourages spam of utility and makes fighting on the ground feel useless by it's weaker damage.
Bombs themselves seem fine, but the rate one can prepare another if one explodes does not.
Heave-ho responds oddly to stages with solid ground connected horizontally to a platform, making it be stuck or forever go back and forth. This does not feel fair or intuitive.
Perhaps add a lifespan of a failsafe for it going in circles or being stuck in place?
Im not anything like professional, but i hope this helps understand how the character is played and seemingly misused.
