All of the existing Bikini Bottom Survival maps will be updated over the next while, with quality of life additions, new and updated weapons, bug fixes, and little quests providing an opportunity for a free perk. For all who wish to stay on the existing versions, fret not; there'll be reuploads of the legacy maps to accompany the new ones.


It's been long enough that I ought to just straight up announce this, the next Survival Series map will be the Chum Bucket! The way I see it, if Tree Dome is like Bus Depot, SpongeBob's House and the Krusty Krab are like Town, and Rock Bottom is its own unique beast, Chum Bucket will be closest to Five in essence, with all the immersion and fandom-fuelled spirit you've come to expect from the prior maps. All Hail Plankton.

That's not all, folks. Alongside the continuing Survival maps, I will not only be porting, but full on remastering one of the all-time classic custom maps, the very one that inspired this series in the first place: VinnyZ500's WaW SpongeBob Zombies map. Stay tuned, map's in the works the very moment this is being typed.


For the folks who visit here for custom Multiplayer maps, don't think you're getting left out of the action. Some locations in Bikini Bottom work better for MP than they do for ZM, and I'm very happy to share that Conch Street will be the first in a Bikini Bottom Multiplayer Series of maps, coming soon to a Workshop near you.

Lastly, I'd like to bring up the state of the full-fledged Bikini Bottom map in the style of TranZit, which I promise is still in the works... it's a monumental task to put together a layout for the whole city that's both fun for Zombies and faithful to the show, and admittedly the map's still in the well what the hell is it gonna look like? phase, so maybe don't hold yer breath for it any time soon. Million apologies to all who have been waiting.
