That's all I know, unless you want to cheat hardcore. Then you just use research_all_technologies 1 1, (it's a cheat command for the command bar if you need it super badly use this) it will most likely give you what you need. If not check for Ascension Perks and see if unlocking the mega/giga structure ones work. That's all I can tell you on this matter.
