Pros:
10% longer swing distance
On hit: Enemy bleeds for 8 seconds

Cons:
10% slower swing rate
No random crits

Info: You can duel with someone who has the same weapon equipped to one-hit-kill them.
The more heads you get, the more attack damage you gain.

Also, make it for the Demoman as well as the Pyro.
