The tuning magazine does not exist
I've been playing on a private server and I can't find the "laines auto manual-perfomance" magazine. I also tried to generate it, but it doesn't appear in the "cheat menu" (another mod).

Is it possible that i can't get the skill BasicTuning cause I read the magazine before putting the mod on ?

For Basic Tuning you need "Magazine «Autotsar Tuning Atelier - Bear Bus»" or any of the other Autotsar series.
