As you spawn, take the elevator to leave the bridge, take the other elevator to engineering, and then go down a ladder (or simply no-clip all your way down). You'll find yourself in the hangar. There's a single panel there with a few buttons, the one that spawns the Galileo being pretty obvious. The others switch forcefields, rotate the base where the Galileo is spawned, and one or two seem to just make noises.
