Hi! Have you tried using Steam Workshop Downloader or a similar tool to pull Steam Workshop mods down? I am unfortunately not active on any other mod sites, so it would be difficult for me to maintain a presence on a site I don't normally use.

If that doesn't work, then please let me know and I can see what I can do!

Just use RimPy, like you already should be. It can anonymously download workshop mods with steamCMD and works for any version of Rimworld regardless of where you got it.
