make te healing syringe heal the doll but keep the injuries/damage because theres already a life syringe

Basically what I have made already for the next update is a Terminal prop and Gordon Freeman. What I’m still gonna try to make before releasing the update is a Stalker, Eli, Explosive barrel and a health station prop.

There's still a stunstick in the mod files but i scrapped it. I may re-add it (and resprite) it though.
