I've subscribed its downloaded but I dont know how to spawn it can anyone tell me how?

It's a save. You gotta go to saves where all of your downloaded mod contraptions are. It's the folder icon.

reload game after downloading (if downloaded in game), open game, go in any room, go to saves, and you will see it
