update: its not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ addon conflict, and its not just this base, its like any weapon that runs on a weapon base, only weapons i confirmed that work is the hl2 weapons, and i verified the integrity of game cache so idk what the ♥♥♥♥ is happening

just fixed itself, didnt uninstall or disable any addon, just happened and just fixed itself without any action from me
