Open file explorer, click Local Disc, & double click the following folders:

Step 2

Double click any of the config folders:
∙Default - The same world icons you get right after subscribing.
∙Heavy - A few changes that are too extreme for default.
∙Thin - Removes vines.
∙Thin Heavy - Thin & Heavy combined.
∙Confection - The Hallow to Confection support.
∙Confection Heavy - Confection & Heavy combined.
∙Confection Thin - Confection & Thin combined.
∙Confection Thin Heavy - Confection, Thin & Heavy combined.

Step 3

Copy the the images inside & paste them in the UI folder.
