Post away try to be concise and check console if possible if you think something isn't working as intended.

if it isn't already, astolfo outfit should not be rerollable via anything triggering d4 or missingno

Yeah I think I might have overlooked that actually but I'm not sure how to make it non re roll-able but I'll try.

I'm having a glitch on my version, when I start a game with albino (be it tainted or not), there's like 400 maid dresses that spawn on the same space and it makes my game crawl, and they spawn in all rooms

I'm not having this issue, it could be a conflict with another mod, try turning off all other mods and seeing if the bug still persists.
If it does unsubscribe from the mod start your game then close it and resubscribe to the mod.

Downloaded a bunch of mods today and started a run to test them out, couldn't leave the first room and a blank white page covers most of the screen. After disabling and re-enabling mods one by one, this was the one that caused the issue. No idea why or if anyone else has had the issue but a cursory google search didn't reveal anything.

a lot of times you need to restart your game for mods to work properly disabling mods one by one in game and then loading into a run usually shows no changes, disable every mod and keep the ones you really want restart your game and keep disabling then restarting till it works

Astolfo outfit is Quality 4, making that you have less chance to get another Quality 4 item like It godhead in your run. This cam by solved by just making the item have Quality 0 to fix this.
