I can't find the problem

I'm not surprised you can't find the problem, you're running over a hundred mods!
You'll never work out what it is causing incompatibilities that way, and there all sorts of problems in the lua.log from lots of different mods.

But the mostly likely cause of any issues with What Did I Promise is running both Diplomacy Compatibility Patch and Hidden Stats Evolved, you can't have both of those. So start by removing one of them.

If it's not that, you still haven't told me what the problem is.

What is it that is not working? The Leaderhead tooltips? The Briefing Panel?

If it's the Leaderhead tooltips anything that changes DiploRibbon (that isn't on the WDIP Compatibility list) is probably the issue.

If it's the Briefing Panel, then anything that changes the UnitPanel could be the problem.

I saw that Diplomacy Compatibility Patch worked for another user, but unfortunately it's not working for me. The leader icons are missing, and a strange arrow button has appeared near where the icons are supposed to be. https://i.imgur.com/ckSV5hm.png It changes color when I mouse over and click it, but clicking has no other effect.

Concise UI Reloaded, Diplomacy Compatibility Patch, and What Did I Promise are the only three mods I have active. I also have all DLC active, but the same happens if I disable all DLC. No special game modes, I just clicked Play Now.

I've just tested it with just CUI and DCP and it definitely shouldn't be breaking the leader icons like that.

From your lua log it looks like it's failing to load one of the mod files, but there's no clue as to why. The only thing I can think of is that the download was somehow corrupt\incomplete. Try unsubscribing, deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\2581704421 and then resubscribing.

I have noticed that even with DCP it's not fully compatible with CUI though, the promise information is not added to the leader tooltips, the warning panel does work though. If you want the leader tooltips while using CUI, you'll need to add either Better Leader Icons or Extended Diplomacy Ribbon as well.

Ahhh, I'm such an idiot. Before I heard of DCP, I tried fixing it myself by deleting AKWDIP_DiplomacyRibbon.lua, and I forgot to put it back after installing DCP. Thanks for the clue, lol.
