If you want people to build off of your mod, the best suggestion I can give is to set up (or make public) a Github page for it. I wanted to see if this mod was more developed by the community so I looked for a Github page, but there doesn't seem to be one, or it's not public. By looking at the comments, it seems people would love to see this be made better or updated, but I don't think any mod developers can easily make their edits public. I would love to see this mod be more developed as well, but I can't do it myself as I'm still very new to C#.
