uhm...semper appears in singleplayer and multiplayer beacuse is script...You can do this with chair too. Take doll from secret place and go to dark room you will see chair put doll on chair. go to darkrooms and wait for chair, destroy him and you will see semper!

if you want to remove him go to admin and remove scripits

To remove Semper you should disable the other Beta 13 map since it's what causes Semper to spawn

Semper is a script that invades every map you have, and silently watches you when you join.
