I am currently in the middle of a playthrough with this mod and Calamity, but despite the fact I have 30 Tesla potions, and the tooltip tells me the buff should be active, the effect is inert. It still appears in the buff/debuff list, but does not actually apply. Neither the visual electrical aura nor the damage that is supposed to be dealt is being dealt. I believe it is functioning properly for vanilla potions at least, as my Spelunker and Hunter effects are working as expected, but I cannot confirm for any other modded potions.
