Sorry for all of the negative replies, people are immature these days. You can't purchase this hat since it is not in the game. The reason it is on the workshop is so they can get their content known by people, and so Valve can notice it. If Valve notices it, they will determine whether or not they want this hat in their game, then they will add it in, unless the mod is a retexture for an item already added into the game. This mod is not a retexture sadly.

TF2 Items don't work like GMod, SFM or L4D2 addons you can't ge them unless they are added.
