Alright so I got no idea what could be causing this, but it seems that with this mod installed my screen goes black at the start of any run I can still hear sound effects, but I can't see anything. Know anything about that? EDIT: sorta never mind as I found that by deleting the shaders in this mod fixed said issue, Must mean that something else is overriding them.

That's the shader, you probably got a download error or something that's preventing the shader callback from running, or you have another mod that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with shaders.

Generally, taking parts away from this mod is not a good way to fix the issue, what mods do you have on?

Similar to the Rebekah mod, this mod seems to be incompatible with the Half-Life Items mod and caused the game to crash upon starting a run as Job. Any chance of a fix?

Yknow if that mod is causing Rebekah and this to crash, maybe our mods are not the issue...

Oh I have way to many as is and I've edited the Hell outta basically all of them so I probably don't have much to offer my best guesses though are either forget me in 3 seconds or immortal hearts as both have a shaders.xml file in them.

closing the game and trying to continue a run as tainted job is causing the game to crash on the loading screen

That's probably unrelated to this mod, our testers and myself included can continue a run as him with no issue. What mods do you have on?

I'm also having the same problem but I don't know what could be causing it, I'm not using any graphic mods to it's probably not that

Wait, I remember changing some graphic settings in the files a while ago. Is there any chance that could be causing the problem?

Wait, I'm stupid
I had a few graphical mods on but turning them off didn't fix the issue

when you start run, a black screen appears. No other mods installed. Happens on all characters.
Removing shaders.xml helped to remove the black screen, however job and t. job turned into a regular Isaac.
This bug appeared after the last update of the mod.

The mod is not ab+ compatible, though I don't think anyone playing afterbirth+ would download it considering it explicitly says it requires rep.

What you are describing is pretty much a download failure, you are missing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of scripts it seems, just reinstall the mod. This goes for all 3 of you.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\250900 and delete the folder called 2567634705.
then unsub from the workshop, start the game, close it and resub

I did everything as you described. Twice, just to be sure. But that didn't fix the problem at all
