Broken Soldiers
I'm aware that the soldiers just stand around and don't really do anything when the time comes for them to deal with misbehaving prisoners.

I'll either update this mod or make a separate mod to fix the soldiers AI, but for now, just be aware of this if you're deciding to order a soldier callout.

Alright so it seems either you can't fix the broken soldier AI via modding right now or the solution is beyond my knowledge with the PA Lua API (which is just about nonexistent), so for the time being I've decided to replace them with an elite ops callout.

A separate elite ops callout has been added. You can call 6 in via truck for $1000. You don't need the Island Bound DLC for it to work, and it won't make a difference if you do as far as I know.

The mod has been updated to reintroduce soldier callouts now that they've apparently fixed the soldier AI by now.
