Clever. Not horribly unbalanced per se, just a bit too good at too many things. A toning down of either the workspeed or social aspect might do it.
Daredevil/Doomed - 60%/100% more damage taken is way too much, even for a trait whose purpose is to be bad or negative and even though they're rare. Even vanilla Delicate doesn't go nearly as hard (only 15% more damage taken). The same can be said for Freerunner (35% more dmg taken) even though its positives are a bit better.
Rolled up sleeves - just a rename suggestion to something like "Proactive" or "Driven". Rolled up Sleeves just doesn't scream "Rimworld" trait to me. I'm lucky to have been able to see a pawn with this considering how rare it is according to the XML file.
Fighter - I feel like this is supposed to be a lottery jackpot trait with how rare and good it is. Nevertheless, I like combat traits but I'm not too sure about +65% melee/ranged damage dealt along with knockoff robust so I edited mine to be only +25%, based on Tough and Strong Melee Damage gene only giving up to 50% damage reduction/melee damage. I'm a vanilla simp so anything that goes over 50% feels really off to me.
Blader/Cage Fighter - blader is literally just anime swordsman lol. I suggest maybe a small nerf and this is a bit personal but renaming them to Blademaster/Crusher. Damage nerf for Blader, and remove melee cooldown reduction of Cage fighter to make them more distinct as fast and deadly vs slow and hardhitting. But again, not forcing you to change your mod, this is all just my suggestion.
Other than those, I really like the variety this mod gives. Cheers.
